Have a problem inside your business?
It doesn’t have to become the next great startup to be worth solving.
Foundry investigates real business problems. When a problem is valuable but specific to your organization, we may be able to work with you directly to design and build what should exist.
Tell Us the ProblemThe problem comes first. The outcome is decided after.
- 001
It starts with the problem
You don’t need a solution, a specification, or a technology preference. Describe what is broken and what it costs you.
- 002
We evaluate the problem first
Foundry looks at the problem, its impact, the evidence around it and whether there may be a meaningful opportunity to solve it.
- 003
Then we decide what should exist
Some problems are broad enough to become a new company. Some are valuable but specific to one organization, and we may work with you directly to build the solution. Some should not be built at all — and we will say so.
Business problems are examined through Foundry’s proprietary intelligence before we decide what should happen next. Not every problem is accepted. Foundry only takes on work where something real is worth building.
The kinds of problems worth telling us about.
Examples only — not a service menu, and not a claim of expertise in any particular industry. What matters is whether the problem is real.
- Repetitive manual workflows
- Systems that do not communicate
- Operational bottlenecks
- Customer experiences that create avoidable friction
- Repeated administrative work
- Expensive workarounds
- Internal visibility gaps
Tell us what’s broken. We’ll figure out what should exist.
You do not need to know whether your problem is a company or a solution for your own organization. That is our judgment to make after we investigate.
